su·sur·rate (verb)

(of leaves, wind, etc.) make a whispering or rustling sound.

Susurrate Press was found on a cold morning in the late spring of 2020 as the leaves on the tree's outside my bedroom window began to rustle again.

I've always loved books and the feeling of pen to paper more than anything else, so one day when a specific itch for bookbinding began, I knew I had to scratch it. It started as a book for a friend in exchange for a hat and turned into something much bigger.

Susurrate Press now grown into a much larger practice focusing not only on custom bookbinding but also small publications including personal zines and short run artist books, literary magazines and more. I always endeavor to keep learning and growing and finally feel my roots caught comfortably in the earth around me! Welcome to the journey!
